Eva was born and raised in the island of Puerto Rico. At age 22 she joined the Army where she remained for the next eight years. Her last assignment in 2008 brought her to the island of Oahu. She fell in love with the island as well as with a local boy whom she married in 2010. She now calls Oahu her home and lives in Makakilo with her husband and two daughters. Coming from a family of business owners, Eva had an intrinsic interest for business, but it was not until she discovered a passion for makeup artistry that her business D•E•S Makeup Studio was born. She believes in providing top notch customer service as well as impeccable makeup application for all of her clients. A graduate of the MBA program from Hawaii Pacific University as well as the Makeup Designory Program (MUD), Eva applies all the business knowledge she possesses to better serve her clients. She listens exactly to what her clients want and always seeks feedback throughout her sessions.
Passionate about working with brides, Eva feels truly honored to be part of that amazing moment which is helping a bride get ready. She has worked with models for print, fashion runway, artists, beauty queens and many others, but her brides are special to her. Through her vision and passion she looks forward to awe her clients, make them feel special, and most importantly, happy!
